  1. “Buoy oh boy” so adorable! He really had a lot of wonderful experiences. So thankful for that. I grew up going on my aunts sailboat every weekend. I have such amazing memories of those times. there’s just something about being on a boat. I’m sure he cherished those times as well.

  2. Hi Dan,

My family and I had fun at the beach as well. The water was cold. But thinking of Noah, and the wonderful memories of a dad and his kids in the water I joined my kids. They didn’t mind the cold, I was thinking of Noah and his family and friends and enjoyed the day. God Bless

  3. Al, I’m glad you and your family had fun.  I went swimming indoors, but that was fun too.  Next time I’m at the beach, I’ll think of Noah.  Yes we do actually have beaches in Illinois.

  4. Praying for your family this morning, praying that God will heal your broken hearts as much as is possible this side of heaven. And that he will quiet your hearts and give you peace, that his care for you will be evident, even in the little things, and that you will have the strength and energy to navigate through his day. Much love to you all today and everyday!

  5. Hi Lenny

Such a beautiful little boy. So at ease so at peace. It’s seems like in every picture there is a ray of sunshine on his gorgeous little face. Love you Noah.

    PS

Dan, I am sure Illinois has some great beaches (always love going to Chicago). I bet Noah would love the Great Lakes.

  6. Dan Geiger I know, its horrifying. Children are so sweet and innocent, I just don’t understand how someone can be crazed enough to want to harm a child in any way.

  7. I think the #1 question everyone has been asking since 12/14 is how and why could someone do that?  It’s really hard for me to comprehend hurting anyone, but killing all of those little kids is completely beyond my ability to imagine.

  8. Yes, the world can be a dangerous place, and what humans do to one another can be horrific. I would like to share something with you. I happen to be a kidney transplant recipient. My aunt donated her kidney to me 28 years ago, and is still going strong. I have been blessed to experience the most generous act that one human can give to another. Yes the world can be cruel, but their is a beautiful side also. God bless Noah.

  9. Steve Boaz your absolutely right there is also a beautiful side, it just seems that the cruel stuff can be so devastating that it sometimes makes it seem like there isn’t as much beauty.

  10. Steve, I’m glad to hear that you’re doing well.  I know there are a lot of good people in the world, and the worst things happening seem to bring out the best in people.  We certainly found that out after Sandy Hook.
